Otsukare
Sales tracking for convention sellers. Record every Sale at your Booth, even when the venue has no signal, and get a Recap when the Event ends.
What it does
- A Tenant, such as a circle or brand, keeps a catalog of its Products and the Stock it brings to each Event.
- Members record each Sale on their phone as it happens. Sales are saved on the phone first and sync when there's a connection.
- Tenants sharing a Booth record their Sales separately, and each sees only its own.
- At the end of the Event, the Recap shows totals by payment method, what sold, and any voided Sales.
Invite-only sign-in
Otsukare isn't open for sign-up. An administrator creates an account for each Member. There are no passwords: Members sign in with a one-time code sent by email from no-reply@otsukare.abiyasa.my.id.
Sign-in codes are the only emails Otsukare sends. It never sends newsletters, marketing or any other email.
Privacy
- For each Member, Otsukare stores the email address used to sign in.
- For each Tenant, it stores the Products, Events, Stock and Sales its Members record. A Tenant's data is visible only to that Tenant's Members.
- Email addresses are used only to send sign-in codes. They are never shared, sold or used for anything else.
- This page has no cookies, analytics or trackers.
